45% Stir Fried Milk Chocolate Bar

Love milk chocolate but think it could be better?  This is the answer.  We stir fry the dry milk used in this bar to give it additional Maillard-heavy flavor with the slightest hint of complex smokiness imparted by the high heat of the wok.  This is milk chocolate plus and one of our top three hottest selling bars.
