Ka'u District is just south of Kona District and becoming the hottest region to grow excellent coffee. 

Our selection is grown in Wood Valley, Hawaii where a few hours of sunlight give ample growing time while the valley and overcast evenings enrich the coffee flavor. Ka'u always has fresh and buttery notes.

Choose Medium or Dark Roast

Comes in Whole Bean only. We prefer Medium Roasts - these maintain the true coffee flavor before oxidization starts to influence the taste.
